Seemingly ready for action in Corio Bay, Geelong, these ship bumpers bare a remarkable resemblance to soldiers on guard. They even have helmets! I couldn't resist capturing this likeness by using a long exposure to isolate the structures from the water. The black and white conversion also highlights the beautiful historic features set against a silky smooth sea.
