Connie Little, Ha Giang corn sorter (PEOPLE 2023)

On a recent trip to Ha Giang, Vietnam, we went through a village in Van Dam. This is an ethnic minority region, where the villagers still dress in traditional clothing and still perform many tasks in the old ways. This lady sorting corn took the time to look up and smile for the camera.
