Brian Ellwood, Haeckel's Jellyfish 1 (ANIMALS 2023)

This jellyfish was swimming, and I assume feeding, in the shallows near Clifton Springs jetty, which provided a vantage point for this overhead shot. I was struck by the detail and the play of light on both creature and water and by the strand of seagrass passing inexplicably right through the bell of the jellyfish.
