This is the North Pine Dam (Lake Samsonvale) on the outskirts of Brisbane's northwest. I frequent this location. A peaceful location for a picnic or to just take a breath and watch mesmerising sunsets!! It's hard to believe such a location is on Brisbane outer northwest suburbs. The title to this photo (Lonely travels) has a deep and personal meaning to me! In this sunset capture, the frame suited a monochrome finish!
