The sights, sounds, smells and taste of Malay street food is an amazing experience, especially when the food is smoked over coals. It's almost artistic the way the experienced vendors can get just the right balance of heat and smoke while producing their goods. This photo was captured at one of the night markets on the streets of Georgetown, Penang, in Jan 2023.
