What were the three ladies thinking looking at the painting? What was the painting telling them? About the woman ( The Kitchen Maid in the picture)? And the people around them, how much time were they giving to see Johannes Van Meer's Art? People go to famous museums to see art, and this photo was taken at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam in September 2022, which thousands of people visit daily! It was a corner in the museum, next to the Rembrandt exhibition, where the visitors admired Johannes Van Meer's most famous paintings and the Milk Maid he painted – circa around 1658 centered in the space. The purpose of the photo was to capture how long people look at a painting; some were fast-moving, like skipping over words in a book, and others a bit more like the three ladies in front of the "Johannes Van Meer – Milkmaid and the older gentleman was listening in on the bench to the narrator in the audio given when he entered the museum—giving it much more time!
