Ngaire Hart, Subantarctic Skua Family (ANIMALS 2025)

Taken on Macquarie Island in the Subantartic, owned by Australia. This island is 34km x 55 km only. Thousands of birds, seals and penguins call it home. The Brown Skua is a top order predator and the parents are feeding its chick a penguin.
