Dave O'Leary, The Piper (PEOPLE 2023)

The piper was playing for the residents of an Auckland retirement village. His uniform shows his Scottish ancestry. One of the silver plates on his instrument, "1st New Zealand Special Air Service Regiment" indicates his service to his country.
