Molinski Janusz, The pose of the comical emu (ANIMALS 2023)

One can never get tired of emus. Their poise verges on the absurd with their comical faces and crazy ‘hairstyles’ always being a source of amusement for me. On this particular occasion in The Grampians, Victoria, I was taken by what I saw as the perfect emu pose. It’s back was perfectly aligned towards my camera whilst it’s head turned in a way that completed the perfect portrait styling.
