Bricks are the main building material in Bangladesh. Along major rivers there are any number of brick kilns producing to meet this demand. It is work in which much is done by hand. This man is supervising labourers toiling to reduce a mountain of delivered river clay to sizes to fit brick forming moulds. He had an eagle eye.
