Kate Flowers, Wildling and her stick gun (PEOPLE 2024)

While we were camping, my kids were playing on a dirt road, using sticks as toy guns. Although I'm not a fan of guns and would prefer if my kids didn't play with them, I love the innocent nostalgia this image evokes. It reminds me of simpler times when kids played outside and used their imagination. I especially love the focused look on her face as she aims down the line of the stick.
